Born in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, and raised amidst the warm Caribbean breezes, Gaby Irureta is a woman of unwavering spirit and entrepreneurial heart.

Thirteen years ago, Gaby and her family made the decision to immigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities, motivated by the difficult situation in their home country. This significant change brought challenges such as job hunting, obtaining visas, and overcoming the language barrier. However, with determination and perseverance, she overcame every obstacle that came her way.

From a young age, Gaby showed a leaning towards independence and entrepreneurship. Even unknowingly, she was already involved in the world of real estate, managing and renting family properties. This early experience laid the groundwork for her future career as a real estate agent.

Once settled in the United States and while waiting for work permits, Gaby decided to focus on studying to obtain her real estate license. Simultaneously, she continued to pursue job opportunities as a civil engineer. Eventually, just as she obtained her realtor license, she found work as an engineer, so she decided to embark on both careers in parallel.

Time showed her that her true passion lay in real estate. Gaby made the difficult decision to leave behind her engineering career to fully dedicate herself to the world of real estate. This choice not only provided her immense personal satisfaction but also enabled her to help over 500 families find their dream homes.

Two and a half years ago, after a decade of working with her previous broker, Gaby decided to take the next step in her career by obtaining her Broker's license. A year later, she founded her own real estate agency, which now boasts more than 35 dedicated agents.

Gaby's story is one of courage, perseverance, and a love for what she does. Every day, she rises with a steadfast purpose to make the dreams of those who trust in her come true as they find their place in the world. Her journey is a testament that, with passion and dedication, any dream is achievable.
